- Description: Construction of a new college located on a 8.3 acre site, on the banks of the River Tees. The new development provides 9700m² of educational space. The building combines a multi-storey layout across two main buildings linked by a covered central walkway; 450 car parking spaces provided amongst hard and soft landscaping.
