- Description: 256 Hectare Greenfield site to be developed into a new industrial development park. MDA appointed to carry out the following to stage D:
Analysis of existing infrastructure services; Services loading and strategy of phasing; Design MEP services network; Locating and sizing central plant for power, water, gas, telecoms and sewage; Street lighting design; Fire hydrant strategy and network; MEP design for typical industrial units; MEP design for key support facilities.
