MDA has returned to Oman in 2010 and has been working for the board of the Oman Dental College to facilitate the successful completion of their New College Building in Wattaya. We have also advised on facilities management and the fit-out of the retail area of a very large mixed-use development in Sohar.

The company is advising a local developer client on feasibility and land-use studies, procurement options and consultancy matters on a number of residential and mixed-use projects in the Capital area.

MDA has previously worked in Oman on numerous projects between 1974 and 1991, carrying out a variety of projects for Petroleum Development (Oman) LLC, the Ministry of Defence (Engineering Division), the Royal Oman Police, Oman Cement Company, The Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Education and Youth Affairs, as well as a number of commercial clients.  We therefore have available a first-hand knowledge of working practices, local methods of measurement and procurement and the Omani Conditions of Contract.
