MDA Consulting (TCI) Ltd opened in Providenciales, Turks & Caicos Islands in 2006 but the group has been active in the Caribbean since the 1960’s.

We have worked extensively in Barbados, Guyana and St Kitts and are currently working in the Turks & Caicos, Grenada and The Grenadines.

In addition we are actively involved with the insurance industry and have provided reinstatement advice following hurricane/storm damage throughout the Caribbean from the Cayman Islands to as far north as Bermuda.

The office specialises in project management, cost management, project monitoring, strategic advice and due diligence in all construction sectors.

The staff comprise British expatriates and locals.

The office’s main projects are currently two large resort schemes (The Veranda and Dellis Cay) in the Turks & Caicos and two large mixed use/leisure schemes in the North and South of Grenada which are being cost planned.
