RICS East Midlands 2018 Awards

This year's RICS East Midlands 2018 Award nominees have been revealed and three of our projects have been shortlisted. 

Leicester Castle Business School for De Montfort University 

Major refurbishment and alterations to Leicester Castle and Grade 1 listed Great Hall creating the setting for a 21st century, sector leading business school.

Shortlisted in the Building Conservation Category.

Vijay Patel Building for De Montfort University 

Refurbishment of existing structure and new build to provide new state-of-the-art teaching and learning facilities for Art, Design and Humanities students, and a home for the Confucius Institute. 

Shortlisted in the Design Through Innovation, Regeneration and Infrastructure categories.

Get Busy Living Centre for Matt Hampson Foundation

The transformation of a disused aircraft hangar into a state-of-the-art facility where beneficiaries of the foundation’s services will be able to receive physical rehabilitation, spend time with their families and share experiences with those in a similar situation to themselves. The centre aims to bring together young people seriously injured through sport to help them face their new lives. 

Shortlisted in the Community Benefit category.

We provided cost consultancy services on all three projects.
