Description
The “Renaissance” project provided 100,000ft² of Category A offices. The building, comprising five floors, offers an extremely high specification and well designed flexible floorplates of 20,000ft², easily capable of subdivision.
Work on this landmark development began in May 2012, and was occupied by August 2013. The building achieved BREEAM ‘Excellent’ environmental accreditation, and was one of the first office buildings in the UK to achieve this standard.
