International Award for Bridges Wharf

Weston Homes’ Bridges Wharf site in Battersea, London wins Best International High Rise Architecture Award at the CNBC International Property Awards in San Diego, USA.

The scheme beat off competition from the National Winners of the category in the Americas, Asia Pacific, Arabia and Africa to win the award.

The mixed use scheme includes 259 apartments and a 5 star, 70 room, lifestyle hotel adjacent to the existing heliport.

MDA acted as Monitoring Surveyors for the project funder HSBC Bank.
