We’re delighted to be appointed on Castle Street Luton, providing Cost Consultancy and Employer’s Agent services to JRL Group.
Castle Street is a major Build to Rent (BTR) residential development of 414 apartments across three towers of 15, 17 and 22 storeys, set above a shared podium structure housing car parking, plant rooms, and resident amenity spaces.
The scheme will deliver a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom units, with shared facilities including landscaped terraces and gym. The development adopts a modern methods of construction (MMC) approach, utilising precast concrete components, bathroom pods, and modular utility cupboards to ensure programme certainty and quality control.
The podium incorporates active frontages to strengthen the connection with Luton Town Centre, while landscaped communal decks provide outdoor amenity for residents.
