Kester leads the London office and heads up the London monitoring team, which provides independent project and fund monitoring services to various lenders and funding institutions. Having joined MDA in 1994 working in the post room, he has since risen through the ranks at MDA and is now a Director and member on the Holding Board. He has a wealth of experience acting as a quantity surveyor, project manager, contract administrator and employer's agent and now as a dedicated monitoring surveyor working across various sectors and on projects of all sizes.

Interests/Hobbies

Kester enjoys watching cricket, now his playing days are over, and most Saturdays during the off-season can be found standing on the terraces of his favourite football team, Arsenal.

Kester once appeared on News at 10 on the BBC, which was filmed in our previous Croydon office, to discuss the differences between a surveyors work and that of a teachers.
