After working for a property development company whilst undertaking his undergraduate studies, Tom joined MDA Consulting in 2022 where he works in the London team undertaking Quantity Surveying/Cost Consultancy and Employer’s Agent roles in a variety of sectors including residential, commercial, retail, and cladding remediation. Tom’s previous experience in property development provides him with a useful client/developer side perspective which he applies to his work today. 

Whilst at MDA, Tom completed his APC training and became a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in November 2023. Tom then joined the Emerging Board in 2025.

Interests/Hobbies

Outside of work Tom has a keen interest in music and plays electric guitar in a rock band, for which he has been a member since his secondary school years, performing for local private functions.
