Description
Optimisation for the creation of up to 700 additional staff work spaces, involving extensive Mechanical & Electrical upgrades, reconfiguration of office spaces, kitchen and new WC’s on all floors intended as a work space overflow during refurbishment of the Houses of Parliament. All Building and M&E Cost Management pre contract work undertaken.
Ongoing Lifecycle Costing of the assets, verification of costs under asset maintenance agreements, budgeting, periodic expenditure assessments and reconciliations.
