Portal West, Acton, London
Our London office has been appointed Employer’s Agent and
Cost Consultant by City & Docklands on its high profile scheme
in Acton. The project consists the demolition of existing 2 storey
commercial units and construction of a multi-storey development
of four blocks containing 578 apartments as well as 30,000ft

of
commercial space with ground and lower floors, above a double
depth basement, including external landscaping.
Eccy Village, Sheffield
Our Leicester office have worked closely with Abode Hallam
through the site acquisition, planning and pre-Contract phases
of this exciting first phase of the Eccy Village development in
Sheffield, to deliver 237 high quality apartments in partnership
with Abode Hallam, Grainger plc and Winvic Construction
by August 2019. We are providing Employer’s Agent, Cost
Consultancy, Principal Designer and Construction Phase
Inspection services.
Project Pegasus, London
A major package of works including the alteration, vertical
extension, refurbishment and fit out works to provide new library,
Barristers training centre, office and administration facilities
within the existing Treasury Building and the Great Hall. All works
are being undertaken in an occupied and highly sensitive area of
Central London, and are within a Conservation Area.
Saffron Court, Nottingham
We are delighted to be working on this major new PRS scheme
in the centre of Nottingham. The project comprises a mix of
studio, one and two-bed apartments plus 130 car parking
spaces. We are very much looking forward to delivering 350
high quality apartments in partnership with Cassidy Group UK,
Cording Real Estate Group and Winvic Construction by 2019.
We are providing Employer’s Agent, Cost Consultancy and
Principal Designer services.
Balham High Road, London
Our London office are working for Freshwater on the alteration,
major structural adjustment and extension of three existing retail
units to provide one combined shell of 4,200ft
2
for a foodstore
retailer. The scheme also includes a vertical extension to provide
9 new private flats above. We are providing Cost Consultancy,
Employer’s Agent and Construction Inspectorate services.
Marina Ristorante, Prague
For something a little different, our Prague office acted for IMMO
Development on the restoration of a boat on the River Vltava in
Prague to create the luxury Marina Risorante.
