Ben joined MDA Consulting in 2015, having previously worked for a large corporate FTSE-100 firm. In October 2018, Ben established the Cardiff office and now leads all Welsh-based service provision from this office. Having established a good foothold in this region, the Cardiff office continues to go from strength to strength, with a good pipeline of work from both existing and new clients in South Wales.

Ben’s specialist experience includes Quantity Surveying, Digital Measurement and Bank Monitoring, having worked with clients and Funders across the UK. This experience gives Ben a broader understanding of his clients’ economic demands within the Industry.

He has worked extensively within the primary and higher education and commercial sectors, with further experience in the residential, hotel and leisure sectors. His project experience ranges from commercial schemes in excess of £40m down to residential schemes of less than £500,000.

Ben is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) and holds both a BSc(Hons) in Quantity Surveying and an MSc in Construction Cost Management from Reading University.
