MDA - ANTI-SLAVERY AND HUMAN TRAFFICKING POLICY STATEMENT

MDA Consulting Ltd (MDA) is committed to driving out acts of human trafficking and modern day slavery from within its own business and that from within its supply chains.  MDA acknowledges responsibility to the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and will ensure transparency within the company and with suppliers of goods and services to the company.

The company structure of the business is a staff owned company that provides professional services to its Clients.  Within the supply of such professional services there are relationships with external businesses for the supply of business supplies and services together with the sourcing of knowledge and information at certain times.  These services make up the supply chains within MDA Consulting Ltd.

As part of the company’s due diligence processes the supply chain approval process will incorporate a review of the controls undertaken by the supplier into slavery and human trafficking.  The level of management control required for these sources will be continually monitored.

The company will not support or deal with any business knowingly involved in slavery or human trafficking.

The Company Directors and Senior Management shall take the responsibility for implementing this policy statement and its objective and shall provide adequate resources (training etc) and investment to ensure that slavery and human trafficking is not taking place within the organisation and its supply chains.

This policy statement will be reviewed annually and published.
