Ability Developments

MDA are continuing to work with Ability Developments on their hotel programme in the UK.

Currently four schemes are on site – Doubletree conversions for Hilton in Cambridge and Dunblane and two new Hiltons in Liverpool and Syon Park, London. There is also a new 250 bed Garden Inn due to commence for Hilton in Luton in October.

MDA are providing project management, cost management and CDM services on all five sites.

The first scheme to complete will be Dunblane where the refurbishment works are due for completion in Autumn 2009.
