Practical completion was achieved yesterday on our new build residential project in Ancaster. 

We provided Cost Consultancy and Contract Administrator services for Wheatcroft Land.

The development comprises 14 new build, two and three bed terrace and semi-detached homes, designed to appeal to the first-time buyer market, located on the site of a former vacant garage.

The project incorporates renewable technology in the form of air source heat pumps and also includes external works and drainage.
