Our Prague office has been appointed by KKCG Real Estate to provide quantity surveying and site supervision on this new mixed use scheme on the outskirts of Prague on the main thoroughfare to the airport.

This scheme designed by famous Czech architect Aulik Fiser Architects consists of circa 65,000m2 of gross floor area in four glass “crystals”, providing office, retail, leisure, supermarket and ancillary accommodation. With views of the historic Prague castle and a direct link to the new metro station adjacent to the site, the scheme has been called a new pearl of Prague.
