City College, Brighton & Hove – Pelham Street Campus

MDA are delighted to announce that after undergoing a rigorous OJEU process, we have been appointed as QS on Phase 1 of the £70m campus redevelopment scheme.

The first phase incorporates a new 120,000 sq ft academic building on a car park site at the College’s existing headquarters in Pelham Street. Following the decanting process, an existing college tower will be demolished to make way for circa 500 student apartments under the four year construction plan.
