Built on behalf of the Joseph Rowntree Housing Trust, Phase I consists of 64 homes out of a planned 540 and will mainly be for the rental market. The scheme had already been cited by the RIBA as an exemplar housing development. MDA acted as Project Manager and CDM Co-ordinator.
