Purley Chase Industrial Estate in Nuneaton, for our client Litecast Ltd, is progressing well and is still on site despite the current situation.
The 58,000ft2 unit is due to complete on time in September. The main contractor is A&H Construction and we are providing Employer's Agent, Cost Consultant and Principal Designer services, with the project being managed by our Head of Sector Keith Warburton.
