Kempinski Staff Accommodation, Muscat, Oman

MDA’s Oman office in Muscat together with our Consortium Partners has been appointed to design, build and operate the staff accommodation for the new Kempinski Hotel being built at the Wave Development, near Muscat International Airport.

The works involve blocks of apartments, leisure and ancillary facilities for the ex-patriate staff in a campus style development at Knowledge Oasis, Muscat.

MDA are providing project management and cost consultancy services to the consortium.
