London Place Group and MDA Consulting Ltd form London developments joint venture

London focused developer London Place and leading project and cost managers MDA Consulting Ltd today announce a joint venture programme of residential and mixed use developments, to invest in and develop together real estate opportunities across London.

London Place has a pipeline of residential and office developments including the creation of three new Mews schemes with houses, apartments and office suites in Fulham, Barnes and Richmond and working with their investors have a full acquisition programme of further sites.

MDA, founded in 1951, has extensive experience of managing residential and commercial development projects in London. MDA also has an investment equity arm which is committed to invest in London Place projects.

“Our companies have been working together for a number of years and this joint venture is a natural evolution of the existing successful relationship” said Steve Jones, Managing Director of MDA Consulting Ltd. “We are delighted to be supporting, and investing in, the London Place team and their projects.”
