MDA Expands in Prague

Corso IIA is a class A office building situated in the Karlín district of Prague and consists of 13,000 sq m of prime office space and underground parking for 140 cars. MDA is providing cost management, project management and technical supervision services.

Cornlofts is a unique residential complex situated in the centre of Prague for which MDA is providing cost and project management services. The reconstruction represents an outstanding example of the complete urban regeneration of a former industrial building. The historical building on Saldova Street offers duplex and triplex loft apartments.

The Hotel Holeckova project involves the conversion and part extension of an apartment building built in 1910 into a four-star 52 room hotel. MDA is providing the project and cost management services as well as technical supervision.
