MDA, together with architect Keppie Design and engineering consultant Campbell Reith, have formed a consortium to deliver a total healthcare solution to the Libyan market.
The Consortium will receive the brief, prepare the design, procure the construction works, manage the construction works on site and ultimately manage the completed facility initially for a fixed term.
