New Court – Hampstead

MDA was involved with the major redevelopment and restoration of two grade II listed residential buildings, providing a full range of project management services for Genesis Housing Group and Paddington Churches Housing Association, working closley with existing residents. The development comprised  21 one bedroom flats, 7 two bedroom flats and 4 three bedroom flats.

New Court is the UK’s second oldest social housing development. It was originally built to provide housing for the poor of the Hampstead area in the late 19th century and has had a varied history of residents.

The New Court development was a finalist in the RICS Awards for the London Region Building Conservation Category.
