New HQ for Weston Homes

We are delighted to have provided project monitoring and independent certifier services for Weston Homes’ new bespoke HQ in Takeley, Essex, near to Stansted Airport. 

The state-of-the-art building includes ventilated basement car parking with charging for electric cars, open plan and cellular offices, meeting rooms and event space, as well as a restaurant and gym. 

The project has achieved a BREEAM rating of Very Good.
