One West Point, Acton - Update

Following a successful planning application submitted earlier this year, consent has been approved for City & Docklands to increase Block A at One West Point to 54 floors.

This increase in height means that when complete, One West Point will be the tallest residential tower in West London, and the 16th tallest in the Capital.

The development is now 24 months into its build programme, and we are pleased to update you as to the following developments on site:

• Since the last update, construction works have progressed and are running in accordance with the anticipated construction programme for the enhanced scheme which includes the additional units to Blocks A and C. 

• The concrete stair/lift cores and the floor slabs to the individual blocks have reached the following stage:

-Block A -the core is at the 32nd floor level and floor slabs cast to level 27 

-Block B –the core and floor slabs are substantially complete

-Block C –the core is at 35th floor level and floor slabs cast to level 28

-Block D –the core and floor slabs are complete

• Bathroom pods are being delivered to site and placed in position as floors progress.

• External façade treatments and balconies have commenced and are at level 9 on Block A, level 4 on Block C and level 7 on Block D.

• External façade treatments and balconies have commenced and are at level 9 on Block A, level 4 on Block C and level 7 on Block D.

• Internal fit out and Mechanical and Electrical installations works have commenced and are ongoing.
