A selection of projects recently completed by our Prague Office:
Top Left | Project Blum – demolition of existing office building and construction of a new, two floor company HQ for Blum.
Top Right | Villa Lopatecká – demolition of existing villa and construction of a new, five floor luxury residence, including underground car parking and internal swimming pool.
Bottom Left | Rezidence Oliva for Passerinvest Group a.s. – a new build residential scheme over 8 storeys providing 72 apartments, each with balcony or terrace. Bottom Right | Borislavka Centrum for KKCG Real Estate – a flagship, mixed use scheme with 24,000m2 class A office space and 9,000m2 of retail space plus restaurants, cafés and community centre with an expansive terrace.
