We are delighted to announce that, as planned, Kevin Heaton, Director of our Bristol office, has been promoted to Company Chairman with effect 1 April 2020.

Kevin joined the company in 1981 and has been Director responsible for the Bristol Office and operations throughout the South West since 1999 and is head of the company’s education sector. 

Kevin is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and has served as a member of the South West regional RICS QS committee.

Kevin specialises in providing strategic and cost management advice to a wide range of clients across a number of sectors including heritage, cultural, education, commercial and local government. In particular he has widespread experience of providing consultancy advice as technical advisor and lead project/fund monitor for banks and funding institutions.

Kevin has acted as fund advisor on some of the largest heritage projects in the UK. He has worked on overseas projects in Indonesia, Bermuda and Russia and has acted as expert witness.
