Queensland Road, London – Emirates Regeneration

MDA are providing Employer’s Agent, CDM Coordination and Defects Management services to Newlon Housing Trust who are working in partnership with Arsenal Football Club on this the final site to be redeveloped as part of the overall landmark regeneration development brought about by the relocation of Arsenal Football Club.

The ‘Arsenal Regeneration Area’ comprises some 60 acres of derelict land which had been under-developed for 20 years between the old Highbury Stadium in the east and Caledonian Road underground station in the west. It lies at the heart of the London Development Agency’s “Kings Cross to Finsbury Park Swathe”, a wider area of regeneration that was possibly the largest of its kind in Europe at the time.
