Retail – Oman Style

We have recently been appointed by Resolution Consultancy to provide pre-contract services on Phase I of the new Al-Muzn Ladies Shopping Centre near the Muscat International Airport.

The Centre consists of essential, non-essential and luxury shopping, a play centre, cafes, a clinic, fitness centre and associated parking. The total development is circa 72,000m2.

MDA is acting as cost consultant (pre-contract).
