Roxburghe Hotel

We are delighted to have been appointed as Cost Consultant and CDM Consultant by 12.18. Roxburghe GmbH on the refurbishment and extension of their unique, award-winning 22 bed country house hotel, which is located in Kelso in the Scottish Borders. 

The project will revitalise this historic building to reposition as a 5 star hotel and restaurant with the construction of an annex with 68 additional bedrooms, together with new luxury spa and conference areas.

The project also includes the construction of 60 lodges in the grounds of the hotel.
