We are delighted to be working on this major new PRS scheme in the centre of Nottingham, near to the landmark Hicking Building and the rail station.

The project comprises a mix of studio, one and two-bed apartments plus 130 car parking spaces and the site forms part of the wider regeneration of the southern part of Nottingham. 

We are very much looking forward to delivering 350 high quality apartments in partnership with Cassidy Group UK, Cording Real Estate Group and Winvic Construction in 2019.

We are providing Employer’s Agent, Cost Consultancy and Principal Designer services.
