Tattenhall - Phase 1

MDA has been appointed as Employer’s Agent by English Care Village for their project in Chester.

It is intended to develop the site in three phases. Phase one to consist of the design and connstruction of 46 stand alone assisted living units, phase two the village core and phase three a further 50 assisted living units.

The project commences in Summer 2015 and will be complete by Summer 2016, with the remaining phases following on and overall completion of the development anticipated by March 2017.
