Turks and Caicos Islands

The Turks And Caicos Islands are a British Overseas Territory consisting of two groups of sub-tropical islands in the West Indies situated about 600 miles southeast of Miami.

MDA is involved in providing project management services for several developments on the island of Providenciales as well as overseeing necessary restoration work resulting from the damage caused by hurricanes in the region.

The new build high quality Veranda development in Grace Bay comprising 143 residential units, hotel and restaurant is due for initial handover in September this year, although MDA will continue to be involved with the project until it officially opens in 2010.  Additionally we are continuing to work on the new Mandarin Oriental Resort at Dellis Cay which is a new beachfront resort including apartments, hotel and spa.
