Following confirmation of “Round Two” Heritage Lottery Funding, MDA Consulting’s Bristol office has been appointed as Project Manager, Cost Consultant and CDM Co-ordinator on the delivery stage of this project.
The yard is a Scheduled Monument and the works include the renovation of a collection of historic, harbour-side and boat making buildings to form new leisure, office, education and café space.
