York Street, Leicester

Our student accommodation scheme at York Street, Leicester is now complete.

The development comprised the construction of a fully managed building containing 135 student studio apartments, together with communal space in Leicester city centre.

The site was formerly a surface level car park, and is now entirely occupied by the seven storey building which comprises a mixture of brickwork and cladding to the external elevations.

We acted as Cost Consultant, Employer' Agent, Project Manager and CDM Consultant.
