Iconic, large mixed-use new build development at Clapham Southside, just off Clapham Common in South London.
The scheme comprises 50,000ft2 shell only commercial space, 294 apartments (204 PRS and 90 affordable), underground basement car parking, gymnasium, break out space and extensive hard and soft landscaped gardens.
The main pre-contract challenges were the complex and lengthy deal assembly period and negotiation of the main contract sum and associated development documentation.
