Description
The project involved the demolition of existing temporary classrooms (under a separate contract) and the construction of a new two-storey English Block. The project formed part of a site-wide improvement plan to increase the school’s capacity.
The new building, procured using the JCT Design and Build 2011 contract, incorporated a two-storey theatre, together with 12nr teaching and seminar spaces and a separate drama studio.
