Refurbishment of an existing building to create a new Engineering and Technology Centre.

The refurbished building provides a new state-of-the-art workshop area designed for teaching, together with several world-class laboratories.

MDA acted as Cost Consultant throughout the project, delivering an agreed final account at completion.
