Description
The demolition of existing 72-bed Clore Manor care home (use class C2) and the new build of a 3-6 storey (including lower ground floor), 108-bed care home (C2 use class), with ancillary communal and staff facilities, car parking (including car lift), refuse storage, cycle storage, landscaping and associated works.
The design process carefully considered the surrounding area and created a building which fits in seamlessly. The inclusion of the proposed green wall was an innovative idea for the new development and was supported by the London Borough of Barnet.
Residents will benefit from a range of well-designed, modern accommodation of varying sizes and access to a wide range of communal facilities, including leisure areas and landscaped communal gardens.
