Construction of a new Care Village development near Maidstone in Kent.
Phase One of the scheme comprises a main Village Core building, including a high quality Wellness & Spa facility, associated front and back of house areas, and 54 assisted living apartments, together with all associated external works and infrastructure works.
Further Phases of residential units and associated works are planned for the remainder of the site.
