Description
The project comprised the strip out, alteration and fit out of an existing 20,000ft2 office block to provide a new Medical Centre for a local Primary Care Trust (PCT). The accommodation comprised 30 Consulting rooms, a Minor Operations area and Osteopath Suite, together with associated administration, meeting rooms, storage areas and external works.
MDA were employed to provide services for the lump sum building / fit out contract, and to act as liaison between the PCT’s requirements and the Development team.
