Description
Redevelopment of a greenfield site on the edge of the village of Tattenhall in the Cheshire countryside.
The project was built in two phases, the first phase comprised 48 apartments within 8 maisonette blocks, and phase two comprised the care village centre, which provided a further 56 apartments together with care facilities including restaurant, shop, hair and beauty salon, library, gymnasium, and wellbeing centre.
The external areas include communal gardens, village square, recreational space, roads and car parking.
