A new mixed use development of 101 residential assisted/independent living units (Class C2) within a building of between five and seven storeys with associated landscaping, basement, surface level parking and new vehicle access.
There is also a separate building of between three and six storeys providing 70 residential units for private sale/lease (Class C3) - this is not part of MDA’s appointment.
