Description
Construction of a new 240 bed, 6 storey Hampton by Hilton hotel located at Edinburgh Airport, adjacent to the main terminal building.
Hotel services are at ground floor level and bedrooms on levels 1 to 5.
Works included public areas, reception, restaurant, bar, meeting rooms, fitness suite and associated back of house requirements, together with construction of an adjoining 75 space car park behind the hotel, plus hard and soft landscaping.
Traditional concrete framed structure with sensitive external materials to satisfy planning conditions.
