Description

The project includes the construction of a new build, 140 bed hotel over 7 floors at Smithfield, Stoke on Trent.

The bedrooms are on the upper floors with public areas and restaurant on the ground floor. 

A shell unit is provided on the ground floor at the North West of the site, with associated public realm works and a temporary car park externally.
