Description

Construction of a new 58,000ft² manufacturing facility at Purley Chase Industrial Estate in Nuneaton for Litecast Ltd.

The facility comprises 8nr mould beds and a batching plant for the production of concrete beams. 

The current works provide associated builders work including a rail system for the mould beds and a 6.7m deep batching plant pit. A ground source heat pump system is included in the works to provide heat for the mould beds.

Future phases are planned to provide a 2nd mould shop and a 16,000ft² office building.
