Description

The scheme provides 268 high quality new homes across five new buildings. The development includes a large community centre, which opens out onto a public square and includes a new café, meeting rooms and flexible space. At the time of completion, Pembury Circus was Hackney’s largest car-free development.

Runner up in Best Regeneration Category of the National Housing Awards 2015.
