Description

Construction and regeneration of existing town centre retail development and new build anchor stores with multi storey car park on disused brewery site. Development included diversion of major services, infrastructure alterations, demolition, facade retention and new build construction works. Retail development incorporated both open and enclosed malls with feature landscaped external spaces.
